Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Rescheduling can be done through email (info@ridewithwyatt.com) or by calling us at 615-796-7125. Cancellation requests made LESS THAN 24 hours from the booked time WILL NOT be refunded. Please contact us MORE THAN 24 hours from your appointment to receive a full refund. All refunds will be processed in its original form of payment. Rescheduling requests made MORE THAN 24 hours in advance of scheduled booking time will be honored, if available.
